The OTEC's Service Excellence series focuses on the important role of business in building client loyalty, creating a positive impression, creating a team environment and the importance of these factors to stay competitive. 

This is a 7 hour workshop delivered by a certified OTEC trainer. The workshop includes a take away manual, certificate of completion and light lunch.  

Workshops can accomodate Min 15 to a Maximum of 20 per class - Seats are limited so book early!   Please contact the coordinator to find out about customized classes or more about becoming a "Service Excellence" orgnaization.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:

1. Identify the factors that contribute to customer loyalty
2. Describe and identify the three commitments that are the basis of Service Excellence
3. Identify the benefits of working as a team and how individual roles are important in providing Service Excellence
4. Identify the skills needed to communicate effectively
5. Recognize the four parts of every customer interaction and how to provide Service Excellence in any situation
6. Implement a 5 step process to handling difficult customers
